Question: How do I get a licence for this tool?

Answer: A two hour training session with tool responsible.

Question: What is the maximum sample size?

Answer: 8" x 1.5 mm (diameter x thickness).

Question: What are the sample requirements?

Answer: Surfaces and interfaces must be reflective, i.e. they must be very smooth. Furthermore, thin films must be continuous and have a uniform thickness (less than a few micrometer).

Question: How long does it take to perform a measurement?

Answer: Usually 5-10 minutes, for more complicated samples the analysis can take much more time.
