We have various tools for thermal processing, including a Flash Lamp Annealer and Rapid Thermal Processor. These are both located in the cleanroom. Outside the cleanroom we have a wafer dicer and a chemical mechanical planarization tool. For electrical measurements, there is a bonder available also located outside of the cleanroom.
